“Can I get another coffee please?” after no offer to refill for twenty minutes.
“I don’t know it’s really busy inside.” The waitress replied, five minutes later lighting a cigarette right next to the patio while still leaving us empty cupped.
It takes a lot for me to not tip someone, but christ, it would have been a sin to reward this one.
